Please ensure you have a good read of my website before booking. I work by appointment only but sometimes I may be available at short notice so please do get in touch.

I operate from my home in central St Ives, Cambridgeshire. My home is located down a quiet alleyway off the high Street in the town centre.

Please arrive for your appointment on time as lateness may result in reduced treatment time. Please give me at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or alter your appointment. I may require prepayment for treatment under certain circumstances.

Please do not arrive for your appointment more than 5 minutes early without contacting me first. If I’m busy there would be no one to let you in nor an area for you to wait. If you arrive in town early then please give me a text or a call as I may be availiable early. Obviously if I don’t respond then I’m probably busy.

Sorry but I usually don’t allow anyone other than the client in the treatment room whilst treatments are being carried out. The exceptions would be: under 16 year olds (in which case a parent/guardian is mandatory), 16 and 17 year olds who want a parent/guardian present and those with special needs that may require a helper.

St Ives is easy and convenient to get to. It’s just off the A14. Many clients come by bus from Cambridge. For bus information and time table please click here.

To make an appointment please call, text or email. I recommend you call as this is the easiest way to arrange and confirm appointments. Text and email conversations can take hours or even days of back and forth and I am unable to hold an appointment open just because someone has inquired about one. Priority will be given to those who book by phone call. It is quite possible that I am unable to answer my phone as I may be with a client, in which case leave me a message and I will call you back as soon as I can. However you contact me, please state your name, specific treatment/treatment area you want and the ideal day/time you would like your appointment. I do not store clients contact details on any electronic format.

My treatment room is in the town center so does not have onsite parking. There are a number of council car parks in town all only a couple of minutes walk away with the closest at 1A West Street, St.Ives PE275PP.
